My Transformation

It all started when...

I like to share my story, because I know a lot of people are going through the same struggles I did.  Believe it or not, on the left, I was 29 years old and I worked out 4-5 times a week.   I was in a bad place, I was eating too much, drinking too much, not getting enough sleep at all, and I was depressed.  

I decided to make a change after hitting rock bottom. It wasn't easy at all, but I realized that I had to focus on my entire lifestyle, and not just lifting weights consistently.  I started small with one change at a time.  I became accustomed to prepping meals, drinking plenty of water, and developed a great night time ritual to get more sleep at night.  I did not completely deprive myself of things I enjoy like a good beer or cheeseburger, but I found balance.  I taught myself to do everything in moderation. 

After going through this journey myself , I started to implement the same ideas with my clients. As a result my service became much better, and I set myself apart as one of the most comprehensive coaches/trainers around. If you are reading this and you've tried countless fad diets and workout regimens, don't lose hope.  The idea is to set yourself small goals and celebrate small victories, instead of being overwhelmed by the big picture , and trying to change your life over night. You must embrace the process, and start to enjoy the daily challenge of improving one thing at a time.  "Success is never owned its only rented, and the rent is due daily."
